Orders
An account is not required to place an order. You can check-out as a Guest, but setting up an account provides easy access to your order, faster returns, as well as quicker check-out next time.
Online and in-store purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
We offer free ground shipping on outlet.arcteryx.com. Express shipping options aren't available on outlet.arcteryx.com, but can be found at arcteryx.com
Items purchased on outlet.arcteryx.com may be returned for up to 14 days after the original purchase date. Additionally, any product purchased on outlet.arcteryx.com is fully covered under the Arc’teryx Limited Warranty. Details are available at our Returns & Refunds page and Product Service page.
We do not offer exchanges for purchases on arcteryx.com. To find your way into a new product, you may return and repurchase your item(s) online or at your nearest Arc'teryx store. Purchases made from November 6th, 2024 may be returned through to January 24, 2025.

Arc'teryx Outlet offers an assortment of last season's products, which may vary and include different types of products or collections. See our current products at arcteryx.com.
Our garments are designed with fits appropriate for the intended activity to maximize the performance of fabric technologies. We take into account ergonomics, comfort and layer systems. Please note that garment fit and length may vary from season to season as designs are revised or materials are updated.

Although our WaterTight™ zippers are highly water resistant, they are not fully waterproof. Pockets constructed using waterproof fabrics may collect water if they are opened or accessed during wet or snowy conditions.
We strongly recommend that you keep any fragile or electronic devices in a sealable plastic bag inside an internal pocket. We do not recommend keeping items in your pockets that may be damaged by moisture. Arc'teryx is not responsible for any damage to electronic devices or personal equipment.

Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and Gift Cards*.
Note: Apple Pay is only available through the Safari browser or on an Apple Pay compatible mobile device. Google Pay is only available through the Google Chrome web browser or on a Google Pay compatible mobile device.
*Gift cards are accepted only in CAD, USD, Euro, and GBP currency countries, excluding CHF, NOK, SEK, DKK, and PLZ.
Arc'teryx only accepts credit card payments from the countries listed below. If your credit card is registered to a country not listed below, please use PayPal as an alternative payment method.

If you've received a message at our checkout saying your credit card information is unable to be verified, you may need to:
- Make sure you wait at least two business days before attempting to reorder again.
- Make sure your order is not outside of our bulk purchasing and freight forwarding policies.
- Reach out to your credit card provider to investigate a potential issue with your card.
- Check if your credit card is registered to the country you are ordering from and shipping the order to. See the full list of countries we ship to here.
- Confirm the card information has been entered correctly.
- You have exceeded the quantity limit on a special collection.
A pending or pre-authorized transaction is a recent transaction that you've made with your credit card that has not yet been fully processed. If the pending transaction does not get processed and charged to your account, it will usually be removed by your provider in up to 10 business days. Once the charge has been posted to your account, it becomes a posted transaction.
We do not currently offer tax exemptions on orders.
Some banks or credit card companies charge a Foreign Transaction Fee, also known as an International Service Assessment Fee. As Arc'teryx is a Canadian company, some banks apply this fee to charges by Arc'teryx. Other banks use independent third party credit card processing companies that charge this fee. Your financial institution could also be applying a similar cross-border assessment fee.
All applicable taxes will be applied based on the country or region that your order is being shipped to.
Klarna is an installment payment platform. Shoppers can split eligible purchases into interest free payments with no fees, if paid on time.
With Klarna you can easily pay for your orders immediately by bank transfer, direct debit or credit card. Please note that billing and shipping countries must match to display Klarna as a payment option.

Arc'teryx does not support Bulk purchases or Reselling. Product purchased at Arc'teryx Brand Stores, Outlets, Partner stores, and on Arc'teryx Websites is intended for personal, non-commercial use. Arc'teryx reserves the right to limit the quantities of items purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to purchases made by the same person(s), household group, credit card or other forms of payment. We define 'bulk purchase' as an order in excess of $3000, more than 4 items of the same product or repeat purchase pattern, which may represent more than normal personal use. We define 'reselling' as a purchase intended to be sold to another person or business.
Our brand reputation is built on quality and craftsmanship, making sure you have the best product to perform in the harshest conditions. We strive for all our customers to receive expert honest advice from our trained staff, and as our customer you should expect the same from your location of purchase.
We are aware some unlicensed resellers operate in various locations around the globe. We are working hard with various governmental agencies to shut them down. These unauthorized resellers or grey market resellers not only risk selling fake or counterfeit product, they may put you at risk if the product fails in extreme conditions. In addition, resellers create an unfair marketplace and jeopardizes our relationship with our global partners. Individuals or companies who engage in unauthorized reselling of Arc'teryx product risk legal action for unauthorized use our trademarks, copyrighted materials, and/or other intellectual property.
Arc'teryx is not able to honor warranty claims or provide repair services on product deemed to be fake or counterfeit acquired through unauthorized resellers.
